Honey the forest made.

Overview

This honey does not come from hive boxes. It comes from nests the bees sited themselves, inside forest the community looks after. The yield is therefore set by the season and the state of the forest, not by a production plan.

01 / Origin

The bees choose where to live.

Bees build where there is enough forage and enough shade. When the structure of the forest changes, the nests move with it. That is why the quantity is different every year, and why we do not promise a figure in advance.

02 / Harvest

Collected on the forest's cycle.

Collection happens on the cycle the community sets. Whatever a year yields is therefore a limit on the brand, not a target the brand has to reach.

03 / In The Formula

Its role in the formula.

The honey is used as a component that has to be kept in condition from the point of collection onward. Concentrations and test results will be published on the TRACE page once the first set of data is finished. Until then we state no figures at all.
