Huay Hin Lad Nai is roughly ten thousand rai of community forest that the Pgaz K'Nyau have kept for generations.
they do not wait for the forest to hand over honey. they know that only a forest left standing has bees in it.
they know which flower opens in which month, where to gather, and where to leave the bees alone.

we did not teach anyone this. we learned from a system that was here before us.
the knowledge belongs to the community; the honey is the result of that knowledge. our part is to carry it out to you without changing it.

this honey is not tied to a formula. it is tied to a place.
the bees choose flowers from this one forest; this forest is still standing because people know how to keep it standing.

a factory can make a honey that is the same in every jar. it cannot make a honey from a forest that exists nowhere else.
